Helen did an outstanding job on the sale of our property. We had planned holding off till later in the year but she convinced us on the merits of an off market sale in the current environment and sharply negotiated a result at the top end of our expectations. David first dropped by to introduce himself to the neighbourhood some years back and when it came time to sell I was reminded to try to find the nice fellow who had spent time talking to me about my house. Why go looking for a different agent when one had already made the effort with a personal visit and follow up contact? As it happened I found he had recently dropped another note in the mail so we called him. That was early last year just when COVID hit so we delayed. This year we decided to push on, even in a second lockdown. The 2021 lockdown meant David had to spend more time in our home with the many appointments instead of open inspections and so he got a good feel for what we had to sell. David has been a real pleasure to work with, he has been responsive and thoughtful throughout the years it took him to land the role as my agent and the same applied all through the sales campaign. Well done to David for a great result for all of us.

Prior to working with Mark we had done some research and knew he had a great reputation. However, we had no idea exactly how outstanding he would be. Nothing is more important when you're selling your property, than having an agent with strong capability to develop a sales strategy and negotiate.
