Chris Davies and Helen Wilson are both superb real estate agents. At our initial meeting, they were very well prepared with relevant property pricing, materials, and information about themselves. Prior to the campaign start, they gave us the relevant preparation information. Each week, they would provide us detailed weekly reporting regarding buyers’ feedback and sentiments through email and Zoom updates. As we work during business hours, they are both very willing to accommodate our late evening meetings. At our request last minute, Helen would help us arrange for a cleaner who did a great job. Chris went the extra mile to secure the buyer with a higher price than expected. Highly recommended.

Professional, honest and reliable
