The experience with Belle was great. Helen Wilson has been very helpful throughout the entire process and very prompt and professional in responding to any of my enquires. What impressed me the most is the transparency and the way she deals with every customer. She treats everyone with equality and respect, that truly stands out from her peers. I also would like to mention Tom Scarpignato who I have known for a few years through our property hunting. Although I didn’t purchase from him, his honest attitude towards client and willingness to help makes him a very trustworthy professional agent.

Tom is the most engaging and caring Sales agent I have ever uncounted. I would highly recommend Tom and his office to anyone selling their home or in fact buying one. Thanks Tom

David is an engaged and communicative agent who we trusted with the sale of our townhouse and were not disappointed. He achieved an amazing sales result in line with his initial feedback. We would have no hesitation in recommending David for anyone looking to sell their home.

Christian is absolutely amazing. He is very professional, transparent, knowledgeable and a lovely person. I have had many properties (two of which he sold with outstanding results) and he would be the best real estate agent by far!! Outstanding agent and an asset to Belle Property. Thank you Christian!

I have known Tom for around 10 years, when I was first looking to purchase property in Wollstonecraft area. I have seen him at a number of open homes and auctions and was always impressed with the excellent results he achieved for his clients. I believe this is due to his great "people" and communication skills. He is able to build a rapport with both his clients and Buyers through his honest and empathetic approach. When I recently decided to sell my Wollstonecraft property the decision on which agent to choose was easy. Tom has kept in contact over the last several years with market updates and appraisals. I knew Tom would achieve a good result for me but this was well beyond my expectations. First time I have ever given anyone a 5 out of 5 rating. Thank you Tom.

Matthew & Mark have both been very approachable, helpful, friendly & genuine in their dealings with us. We didn't feel at any stage we were getting the hard sell, obviously they were doing their best for their client in achieving the best price but were also realistic & open to listening to the market. We would certainly recommend them in future.

Excellent! I could leave this review with just that one word as it says it all. Christian is a brilliant agent and human. He was generous and thorough during the whole process. He was so hands on and I never once questioned his ability or intent. Never pushy or salesy, always honest and objective. We are very grateful.
