Tom was an absolute pleasure to work with, a true professional in every way. He explained everything from the start, his knowledge and experience in the area are second to none and he kept us informed throughout the whole process and always had our best interest at heart. He has the right balance between the vendors and the buyers which ensures he is respected from both sides, most importantly he exceeded our expectations with the sale. Will not hesitate to recommend him in the future.

I gave 5 stars but I’d give even more if I could. There’s not enough superlatives in the dictionary to convey how thrilled I have been with Tom Scarpignato and the Belle team. He is an excellent communicator and I always knew what was happening. Selling off market in the middle of a strict lockdown could have been a nightmare but the whole process was remarkably stress free which is directly attributed to Tom and his calm, friendly and professional manner. I am over the moon with the price he was able to achieve for my property. Thank you Tom, Ben, Georgie and Stephanie!

Tom is very professional and he is very responsive. Our experience of purchasing our first home was excellent with Tom. Tom made the process, even during the lockdown, very smooth and clear. He updated us with each step. Thanks Tom for all your help.

Mark Jackson from Belle Property really exceeded my expectations, & I have dealt with many real estate agents. Mark was professional, friendly and found us the buyer before going to auction. He made the transaction seamless and stress-free. Mark knows the area very well and I would recommend him without hesitation.

We first met Matthew when we bought this property 11 years ago. He has excellent knowledge of the Lower North Shore market. All aspects of how he operates as an agent are extremely professional as well as having built a great team at Belle. We enjoyed working with everyone there and would certainly recommend Matthew and the team.
