Honest, realistic, and focused
Whilst always a difficult decision when listing a property and deciding which agent to represent your property, we are very happy we went with our gut feel and chose Mark and Belle. Mark knows the Kirribilli market very well, probably better than any other agent, and he did not try to buy the listing by telling us he could perform a miracle and get us an unrealistic figure for our home. We strongly believe if we had of gone with another agent we would still be trying for a sold result, and possibly living with the tension and blame for being told an inflated figure before commencing the sale process. While always a stressful process, Marks plan and focus on the end result was followed and executed which resulted in the end goal being achieved in a timely fashion. Marks determination in going above and beyond in looking after all interested purchasers meant that we had competition at the auction and we think that most other agents would not have gone to the lengths he did to keep all buyers on track during the process and to rally as much competition as possible.
