This is the second time Christian has assisted in selling my property. Both prior the sale & after Christian has been very supportive & helped with trades, cleaners & household items to on sell. I rate him one of the highest people in the business. He is always there to assist & in Covid times he is extremely valuable. Jenny Honan

We are delighted with our experience working with Helen and Chris. As a team, they not only provided excellent advice and service but did so with great personal integrity and openness. The communication was always clear and current – they kept us fully informed during the process of preparing and selling our property. We were particularly impressed with their knowledge of the nuances and subtleties of selling in the current market. They provided honest advice without pressure. We always felt we were working in a partnership. We would highly recommend Helen and Chris to anyone considering selling their property. - Robert and Christine

Chris and Helen did an outstanding job and achieved a great price. They know the Cammeray area very well and have a large network of contacts and they understand the process of how to present and sell the property. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris and Helen if you were seeking effective agents with great integrity and professionalism.

Tom is a really great agent. He was such a pleasure to deal with. An open and honest person who is very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. Very professional and truly goes out of his way to help. Tom just made everything simple and easy.
Tom Scarpignato
From our first meeting, Tom listened to our wishes and respected the strategy we wanted to follow. His communication during the time of Open Houses was very consistent, giving us regular reports, with honest feedback and realistic expectations. He negotiated the final sale price with the buyer and reached our expectations.

Matthew established a clear plan for the sale of our much loved but slightly quirky property from the outset and delivered every step of the way. Throughout a highly energy campaign Matthew was in constant communication with us and we always had a clear sense of actions he had underway and expectations of results. We simply couldn’t ask for a more professional performance overall. COVID lockdown restrictions presented some challenges but Matthew and his team tackled every issue professionally. We were left in absolutely no doubt about Matthew’s commitment to deliver the best possible outcome for us and we firmly believe we made the best possible choice in trusting Matthew and the team with the listing. We are 100% satisfied and wouldn’t hesitate to work with Matthew again.

I would also highly recommend Mark & his team at Belle to anyone wishing to engage in this field.

Matthew is a prominent agent in the area and the service and results that my wife and I experienced during our sale demonstrated why this is the case. We highly recommend anyone looking to sell to reach out to Matthew Smythe.
