Tom quickly became our go-to guy for property around Wollstonecraft for his straight forward style, friendly demeanour and responsive communication. He is on the ball when it comes to the lower north shore and is reasonable in managing expectations.

"We had the pleasure to meet David, a pleasant, intelligence, strait- forward speaking and thinking person. After that, despite a number agencies offering their services we have decided to give David sole sale right. He certainly did not disappointed us. The property was sold in one week. He is a very hard working honest agent, never even suggesting anything against our wishes. It was as quick and painless sale."

As purchasers we found David to be highly practical, honest and straightforward in his approach.

There are no words to express my and my daughter's gratitude to you for the purchase of 2 Lambert St Cammeray property. You were very helpful all along right from the beginning till the end. You were able to get all the information that we requested in the quickest possible time. The auction is a daunting experience but you were guiding us all along and made it quite easy for us. I am sure you will continue to provide us full support till the settlement date. We will be more than happy to recommend you to all our friends for buying or selling a property. Thanks once again.

Tom achieved a sale price above out expectations and we couldn't be happier. Thank you very much for your service Tom and very happy to recommend him to anyone seeking to seel their property on the lower north shore.

It was an absolute pleasure working with David on the sale of our family home. He was incredibly responsive to all our requests/questions throughout the campaign and we were grateful to be able to rely heavily on his expertise and extensive market knowledge. He calmed our nerves and kept us informed every step of the way, also going above and beyond to secure advantageous press coverage for our property. We were thrilled with the result David achieved for us and could not recommend him more highly to anyone looking to sell in the current market.

Christian was an important factor in my choice of Belle Property Neutral Bay Cammeray. He was confident in working with Mark Jackson and as part of a successful Belle agency. Always polite and willing to work hard showed me I was a valued customer. Thank you!

Christian helped us prepare our investment property for sale. We wanted to sell before Easter and Christian went above and beyond to help us. Communications was always open and transparent. One of us was interstate for the entire campaign which added more complexity, but his flexible approach and honesty helped us navigate any issues which came up. When we met on auction day we aligned our approach and went forward without issue. I would happily recommend Christian as an agent of choice.

Tom is very professional and has a lot of knowledge of the market. He is very helpful, always answer my questions promptly and patiently. He genuinely respect everyone coming to see the property, always welcoming people with a big smile on his face, regardless your age, gender, nationality or how you dress on the day. For someone like me grew up from overseas, he has certainly made a big difference to my buying experience. Tom leads an amazing team. Georgie and Ben are also willing to go extra mile to help and explaining things in detail. It was a delight to work with Tom and his team through my house hunting journey. I would strongly recommend him and his team.
