Christian embodies everything that an agent should be, but usually is not. Christian is knowledgeable, diligent, thorough and totally professional. "Customer service" is an over-worked cliche but it is very obvious that Christian takes the time to understand the customer and to provide 100% dedication to the task at hand. Our sale process started in March 2020 and has just completed. Christian never lost patience with us (when he probably should have). He was unfailingly helpful. We can't thank him enough for his efforts. We sold at a very attractive price. We are indeed happy Belle customers and remain Christian Percuoco devotees.
