Christian is truly a wonderful agent. I found him to be honest, informative and very knowledgeable as well as extremely helpful. At a time that is very stressful in the lives of most people, he has an uncanny knack of being able to make one feel relaxed. He also has a delightful sense of humour. I would have no hesitation recommending him as an agent.

David was a pleasure to deal with - responsive, easy going and an open communicator. I would recommend David to others. He was prepared to put in significant time and energy to achieve his client's goal of selling in a difficult market.

Christian was open and transparent throughout the auction program. He came across as an honest operator, extremely knowledgeable about the area and prepared to discuss legitimate concerns with his vendor to seek to arrive at an acceptable outcome. He was aware of the types of property that might interest us and contacted us when his agency was marketing suitable properties. I would recommend Christian as a vendor's agent, as well as someone who can keep his eye out for suitable properties for a buyer.

Matthew and Jesse worked very hard for us and followed up on everything in a prompt manner. They kept us informed on a regular basis and pursued every interested party. We would highly recommend the team at Belle Property Neutral Bay for sales in the area.

We chose Tom from a shortlist of three not knowing really what to expect as our knowledge of the market was basic, but we went -as they say - with our instinct. Tom made us feel comfortable from day 1 and always kept us informed of developments with the market changes. Nothing was too hard for him and when we needed reassurance on an issue he would always help. The weekly report was incredibly detailed to a degree not seen by us with previous agents, albeit with our limited experiences. His original price estimate was similar to other agents, and given the market had receded from last year, the result was very satisfactory. Well done Tom !

Mark and his entire team at Belle were fantastic to work with during the sale of our property. Right from the very start I knew we had made a great choice to sell our home with Mark. His team were very professional and helpful through the process and Mark always kept us informed during the sale. I would definitely recommend Mark and his team to anyone looking to sell their property and would use his services again without any hesitation.
