Tom negotiated our purchase and got the deal over the line prior to auction. Everyone was happy! Great work Tom!

Usually the vendor, as the primary interest party, provides feedback on the performance of the agent. In this occasion, I am more than happy to express my positive experience in dealing with Helen as a buyer. The property we bought was quite a sizable transaction. With the calm words of Helen, we have successfully purchased the property with little sweat. We are impressed with her people skill and friendly approach during negotiation. She listens and is responsive on phone & email communications. I would also like to thank Rose, Chris and Belle office support staff. They are such a cohesive team, which is so important in business success nowadays.

Tom was introduced to us by our good friend. We had our first consultation with Tom roughly nine months before we placed our property on the market. Tom gave us excellent advice on how to prepare our property for the sales campaign. We found Tom a very sincere and approachable person which helped him build good rapport with our buyers. We also found Tom incredibly hard working. He made sure that everything was done to perfection from photography, copywriting, flyers and preparation of the sign-board of our property. As a result we had an almost stress free sales campaign. Our property was chosen as House of the Week by The Mosman Daily thanks to Tom's very talented photographer. Tom's great negotiation skill resulted in us selling our property prior to auction. We were pleased with the result and we much appreciated all the hard work Tom and Georgina have put into running a very successful sales campaign. We would definitely recommend Tom and his team from Belle Property Neutral Bay to our friends and family in the future.

Very happy with David and the team at Belle Property, Neutral Bay. David is an excellent communicator, and very client/outcome focussed. Despite a softening market, David achieved a very credible result and worked hard to get a successful outcome. David has a financial services and Real Estate background as I understand it, and used this background combination to good effect.

Purchasing a property through a blind auction process can be difficult however David made the experience as smooth as possible. David was respectful, transparent and responsive in his engagement with us and ensured information was conveyed in a timely manner. David was more than happy to help iron out some of the fine details after the exchange of contracts and worked to ensure that a smooth transition between vendor and purchaser was achieved. We would be happy to work with David again and recommend him as an agent.

An agent with many years under his belt, who knows his market and can guide you through the whole process in a professional manner. He will factually advise you on the best way to proceed , yet will listen to you to meet your requirements. A very personable individual.

I recently had the pleasure of successfully selling my property with Helen Wilson of Belle Property Neutral Bay. At a time when the market and local sale environment was challenging, Helen went above and beyond in reaching out to her existing prospects as well as generating new ones through additional direct marketing and electronic media campaigns. Helen's advice, guidance and negotiating skills throughout the sale were second to none and she managed both the process and our expectations exceptionally well. She did this whilst still ensuring we had full transparency and a stress-free experience. Thanks directly to Helen's efforts, we achieved an excellent result. regards Jo

Whether a predictable or uncertain market, Christian brings a studied point of view, without pressure. This empowers you as a buyer or a seller, to weigh up the evidence to meet your needs. Christian is responsive, intelligent and can help you keep on track with your real estate goals. His conduct during open inspections and follow up with all potential buyers was superior to other agents that I have known. I would work with Christian again.

Mark used effective strategies to manage the negotiations with potential buyers. He was responsive and kept us well informed at all times. I appreciated his honesty and frankness. Thanks Mark, to you and your team - all were a pleasure to deal with.
