I have transacted via Brett now 4 times. I could not recommend him highly enough. He is very honesty and will provide you with fair and honest feedback at all times. Brett has achieved amazing results for us, and we would not consider using anyone else.

As buyers we really warmed to the incredibly amicable approach Brett and Sarah Tovey adopted in all dealings we had with them during our search, negotiation and purchase. Thanks so much Brett and Sarah!

Brett and his team at Belle Property were very professional from the outset. We had a difficult decision to make — auction vs EOI Brett used his extensive knowledge of the local market and providers and selling procedure to steer us in the right direction. The property configuration / permit etc was unusual but Brett successfully navigated this for a good outcome to all.

This is the second property that Brett has handled for us, it’s a big ask to put your retirement nest egg in somebody’s hands we did it with confidence and got the results we were looking for, would recommend Brett to anyone. Greg & Alison

BRETT, WAS AMAZING - LIASED WITH MANAGING AGENTS, TENANTS, BUYERS & JOINT OWNERS WITHOUT A HICUP. SOLD WITHIN THE FIRST THREE WEEKS OF MARKET AND WHOLE PROCESS WAS PROFFESSIONAL AND EFFORTLESS.

I could not be happier with my experience with Brett Trebilcock. His knowledge & experience are priceless, he gave me the best advice, steadied my nerves when needed and was patient, courteous and supremely professional. His easygoing nature puts everyone at ease. He guided me through the entire process from preparing my home for sale, to listing & advertising, open homes & negotiations with prospective buyers. Brett worked hard to secure the best possible result for me & I am delighted. I wouldn’t sell a home with anyone else.
