There are many agents one could choose in Cammeray but Helen and Mark stood out from the beginning in being both realistic but also ambitious in the results they achieve for their clients. I was impressed with the transparency they brought to the sales process and the regularity with which they provided updates on progress. Mark and Helen identified potential buyers early in the process and worked closely with them throughout the process to ensure they remained interested. When it came to final negotiations Helen was able to demonstrate value to the buyers and obtain a great result from my perspective. Overall I would highly recommend Helen and Mark for property sales in the Cammeray and surrounding areas.

Helen was a pleasure to work with. As buyers who had been looking for almost a year, we have come across many real estate agents but very few as professional, honest and transparent as Helen. After we expressed our interest in the home we ended up purchasing, Helen made sure we were kept abreast of developments in terms of offers made and remained contactable via phone throughout the day. There were no games played and it felt like we had the same level of transparency that we would have had on auction day! Helen also ensured she stayed back on a Friday night to sell to the highest bidder and therefore guarantee that she would get the best and fairest outcome for her vendor.
