Worked hard for a good result
Tom has work in selling our townhouse during the pandemic has been excellent. His advice and effort to achieve a good result shows through in the price achieved.

An outstanding operator who's extremely professional and trustworthy
David was the complete professional throughout the sale of our property and I knew I was in safe hands the entire time. We were new to the game having never sold a property before but he guided us through the process perfectly. He was completely transparent and also provided high-level, professional advice that ensured we obtained the price we wanted for the property. Over the moon with the result. I can't recommend David highly enough and from what I've seen and heard, he's one of, if not the most trusted agent on the Lower North Shore. Will be using him again in the future for sure.

Extremely professional and goes the extra mile
I found David to be professional, courteous and very easy to deal with. He was responsive and helped me close out the deal in under 2 hours. This was my first property purchase and he helped me through the process. The apartment I purchased doesn't allow signboards but David went out of his way to find a mock board so i could put a sold sticker on it - he made it exciting for me. I would definitely recommend David to anyone looking to purchase properties in the area.

Great Agent !
It has been a very positive experience purchasing our first property through Tom. We encountered a few difficulties along the way, but Tom was very patient and worked tirelessly to keep everything together. This gave us much needed confidence to go through with the deal. He has a very strong work ethic and we feel that he genuinely works in the best interest of both vendor and buyer. He is honest and humble in his approach unlike other agents with expensive cars, watches and pressure tactics. I would definitely recommend Tom for his services.

Selling our property via Matthew
Matthew is the ultimate professional and this was experienced from our first meeting. His knowledge of the market, particularly the Cremorne/Neutral Bay area, was deep and he gave us a feeling of confidence in what was a highly emotionally charged context. Knowledgeable & Reliable!
We decided to sell with Matthew after researching recent sales in the area, from this it was clear that he was the expert in our area. Throughout the whole campaign, from start to finish, Matthew & Mark were both diligent in working for us to achieve the best possible price (in a tough and niche market) He provided thorough feedback after every inspection and constantly kept us up to date. He understood our area specific market and knew the types of buyers we would need to attract, having this know-how really assisted us when making some of the decisions we made for the property presentation. Matthew worked tirelessly after the first inspection right up until the day before the auction on our buyer. Ultimate Professional
As a Buyer's Agent who deals with many selling agents, David Benjafield is up where with the most personable, straightforward and knowledgable agents I have dealt with. When my client needed one more inspection late on a Friday afternoon, David changed appointments to accommodate the request. David also spoke very openly and honestly about what we needed to do to secure the house before auction, including giving us valuable insights into the type of interest in the house. This enabled me to advise my buyer accordingly and gave her the confidence to make the necessary offer without any games being played. We secured the purchase that evening - needless to say, I have a very happy buyer, who found and purchased a home in less than one month. Goes above and beyond
David went above and beyond to sell our house. We weren't the easiest clients as we didn't want to go to market and we wanted a premium price. In one week, David showed our house off-market and then got a buyer to make an offer in line with what we wanted. He worked tirelessly on our behalf and kept us updated throughout the process. He set realistic expectations, and even arranged for someone to paint a couple of the rooms prior in order to brighten them up and moved furniture around (with our permission of course) to maximise the way it presented. While many agents just post an ad on Domain and Realestate.com.au and wait for buyers, we would highly recommend David for his professionalism, market knowledge, database of customers and especially for his positive attitude and work ethic.
