I had known Tom for about 3 years before finally being ready to sell. Throughout that period he kept in regular contact with me keeping me up to date with the market. I really appreciated that. When I finally did list it was when covid-19 was not yet upon us but fast approaching. I decided to sell privately and Tom on the back of his extensive database and connections was able to sell my property during this period for a very good price without the need to rely on realestate.com or domain. Throughout the inspection period Tom kept me up to date daily. At no point did he ever pressure me to sell, he always treated me as the boss. He worked tirelessly speaking with the eventual buyer and all other potential buyers and facilitated private appointments that suited both me and the buyers. His communication and personal skills are exceptional meaning buyers like him, don’t mind him calling and give him honest feedback. His skilled negotiation resulted in a good result for me and the buyer. Tom doesn’t stop at the exchange of contracts but continues to keep in contact with everyone during the settlement period and assists above and beyond. Mark handled the off market sale of our harbour front apartment during the Coronavirus pandemic.
