Any issues that arose ,Troy dealt with them professionally. There was an issue with getting a report for selling the house and Troy acted immediately and report was carried out quickly. Troy has a friendly caring approach to dealing with me as it was not a straight forward sale as the Tennant was not helping in viewing property. Troy went beyond his role of selling the house to help me in any issues , especially dealing with the tenants. With the auction Troy was professional in handling the personal information of money. Nothing was a problem to Troy. His local knowledge was network was an asset in selling my house, this included organising building report, offered help in other areas if needed anything.
