Simon has an excellent reputation in the neighborhood and he fully lived up to this reputation with our sale. From the first advice on the timing of the sale, to the conclusion and sale prior to auction, Simon was always on the ball. He was always approachable and fully kept us informed of progress on the marketing. I must also commend his outstanding team for helping with marketing and all the small contributions that contributed to the outcome. All of them were a pleasure to work with.

We had never sold a property before and James was excellent with managing expectations, he was always available to take our questions and he provided pertinent advice at crucial moments. Since this has been my first experience in selling property I cannot rate this sale against any other previous experiences. I have found Belle Property (Simon Harrison and his staff) to be very courteous and helpful in every possible way, and that not at any point did I feel any pressure being exerted on me from any agent. We needed to sell our property after 9 months of purchasing it. With the current Sydney market (in May-June 2019), we knew for sure that we were going to loose some money. I thought to myself that I needed to engage the best local selling agent in order to minimise the lost. After doing some research, I decided to engage Tim Holgate to be our representative. I can say it couldn't have been better. Tim has a vast local knowledge of the area, gave us great advice especially on the timing of the selling campaign, did everything that he said he was going to do for us. Tim was able to attract a lot of people to inspect our property (even it is on a main, noisy road) and secured 4 registered bidders. Auction date was nerve-racking, with Tim's great negotiation skill, we achieved a happy result.

I had previously purchased the property through Holgate's First National in 1997 and found them a totally professional agency. I had to sell in a difficult market and while not 'a distressed sale', this was not an ideal situation. I found Tim Holgate extremely personable and he kept me informed at all times during some difficult communications with potential purchaser(s). In addition his sales and administrative staff were attentive without being pressuring. I wish Belle Property Holgates the very best in their future sales and business opportunities.
