Found my dream first home and Patrick supported me in the lead up to auction, kept me informed and up to date of all and any developments at all times and was instrumental in assisting not only myself to successfully purchase the property at auction, but his genuine care and respect for the vendors in achieving their sales price goals was also evident. Following auction, his support and effective communication in keeping me informed in the lead up to settlement was the reassurance a first home buyer needed. I can’t recommend the services of Patrick enough. His open, honest and transparent communication settled the nerves of this first home buyer and his knowledge of the market and in particular the local area is outstanding.
