I could not have asked for a better experience or outcome. With the market weakening and buyers preferring to wait to see if the market would recede any further we were unsure of what we would receive and if it would even sell at Auction. However through constant work, communication and buyer management we were one on the only properties in the Greenwich / Lane Cove area to sell at auction this November. All thanks to James and Simon and their team at Belle Property. Not only did we sell and get more than expected. But we were kept in the loop with everything. James was patient, supportive and sensitive to the fact we were selling our family home full of memories and team were happy to help with everything we needed.

Patrick was the primary agent in the campaign and sale of my apartment recently. As I live interstate, the two things I was most looking for in an agent was somebody I could trust with my home and someone that would keep me regularly updated on where things were at. Patrick understood this and delivered on both aspects. I couldn't have asked for more. He is also quite the creative problem solver! First home open was a bit of a disaster due to last minute building power outages and external concrete drilling - he pulled it off though - 'encouraging' the workers to take an early morning tea break... in return for a 6 pack later in the day.
