James and his team did a great job for us. Prior to listing, James' team took control of preparing our property in Greenwich for sale. It was as if they were selling their own home. They co-ordinated tradesmen and styling. We were kept in the loop but we didn't have any of the stress of managing the process. After listing, James was diligent in keeping us informed as to the progress of the campaign.
