Monica and Emma gave excellent advice regarding the renovations that would enhance our property's potential, organised quotes and sourced the tradesmen required. I was surprised by how much they achieved in one week considering the Christmas/ early January timeframe. They kept us informed at all times and managed the process with meticulous attention to detail. Our unit was transformed. They also helped with suggestions and implemented how to get the best result during the campaign. After each open inspection you get an update from Patrick re how many groups were through and contracts issued. Communication was great.
