We were so fortunate to have Monica as our agent. She made selling my 80 year old mother in law's unit an easy process for us. Right from preparing the unit for sale, and it needed at lot of work, she organised and project managed the whole process in a professional and efficient way, giving us advice about what jobs needed to be undertaken to gain the best price for the unit in the current market, communicating with us regularly and always being available to answer our questions. We never would never have obtained the price we did without her work. She attended to the marketing and selling of the unit in the same amazing way. She even went above and beyond the service we expected of an agent by driving from her office in Lane Cove to us in Castle Hill when some urgent matters needed attention and we were unable to get to the office. She also continued working on the sale of the unit on her day off when deadlines were tight, on more than one occasion. As well as being professional and fantastic at her job, Monica is a very caring person which really eased the stress of selling my mother in law's home for the last 25 years. One week prior to settlement was due there was an unfortunate sewer pipe leakage into my apartment. As a result, the floorboards were damaged and this became a difficult situation in pursuing an insurance claim in such a short time frame whilst keeping the buyers happy. Monica has truly gone above and beyond to help me with this issue. She has kept both myself and the purchaser and our lawyers updated while trying to source the best quotes for me to repair. Even though my apartment was a low value asset relative to other properties in Lane Cove, Monica did not show the slightest prejudice and showed us dedication and commitment. She was kind, polite and helpful with genuineness, something you don't see very much these days. It truly gave me a very positive impression of Belle Property.
