We have recently bought a property sold through Belle Real Estate Norwood. Our first agent contact at the open inspection was Mark Watkins who immediately impressed us with his knowledge, courtesy and overall professionalism. There was no 'hard' sell tactic and, effectively, the property sold itself in many ways. Mark took the time to answer all our questions and got back to us in a timely fashion with answers to those he needed confirmation on. This same professional attitude was reflected by Eric Jem after our offer was accepted and whom we met for the first time at the agency. Eric's demeanor was cheerful and reassuring. Eric and Mark then ensured, as did the very accommodating vendors, that all repair works were carried out on the property to fulfill the contractual requirements prior to settlement.
