We have recently bought a property sold through Belle Real Estate Norwood. Our first agent contact at the open inspection was Mark Watkins who immediately impressed us with his knowledge, courtesy and overall professionalism. There was no 'hard' sell tactic and, effectively, the property sold itself in many ways. Mark took the time to answer all our questions and got back to us in a timely fashion with answers to those he needed confirmation on. This same professional attitude was reflected by Eric Jem after our offer was accepted and whom we met for the first time at the agency. Eric's demeanor was cheerful and reassuring. Eric and Mark then ensured, as did the very accommodating vendors, that all repair works were carried out on the property to fulfill the contractual requirements prior to settlement. Primarily, my husband and I dealt with Mark Watkins and then Eric Jem. Mark is personable and in no way bumptious. Rather, he allowed us to peruse the home at our own pace and showed immense patience. Mark was also very well informed about the property and could answer most questions immediately. Anything he needed to check on he did so courteously and promptly. Eric Jem was involved in finalising our purchase. Eric was also very pleasant to deal with and his gregarious personality made us feel very comfortable. Our impression is that Mark and Eric work very well together.
