Primarily, my husband and I dealt with Mark Watkins and then Eric Jem. Mark is personable and in no way bumptious. Rather, he allowed us to peruse the home at our own pace and showed immense patience. Mark was also very well informed about the property and could answer most questions immediately. Anything he needed to check on he did so courteously and promptly. Eric Jem was involved in finalising our purchase. Eric was also very pleasant to deal with and his gregarious personality made us feel very comfortable. Our impression is that Mark and Eric work very well together. They make a very good team to deal with. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with these two gentlemen at what is always a very stressful time in life.
