Couldn’t be happier
Clarence was an amazing agent. After meeting with him I felt more confident in the sale of my property. I was worried it wouldn’t sell but soon after the first open I got an offer. I was extremely excited when I got the offer. It wasn’t what I hoped for but with a little of Clarence’s negotiation skills, my property was sold. I could not be happier. Sold in 3 weeks!!

Kosta is an agent who cares about you
From the very beginning of the process of getting my house, it has been a pleasure to work with Mr Kosta Zaharogiannis. Kosta was very accommodating throughout the process. He always found time to visit the site repeatedly at my request, dropped off samples at my previous residence, and met me near my workplace, for my convenience. I asked for several upgrades to be done to my house. That's not necessarily an easy thing when a house is already under construction the builder is working hard to stick to a deadline. Kosta worked with me very courteously and professionally to see that all of these upgrades were implemented. My communications with Kosta were responded to in a timely manner. Also, regular phone calls from him throughout the process gave me a level of comfort that he cared, even after the contract was locked-in. Generally, the feeling that I got working with Kosta was that he was fair and balanced, and did everything he could to look after me. This was in sharp contrast to earlier experiences I had with some agents who left me feeling manipulated and like I didn't matter. In my experience, Kosta was a great agent, and an all-round nice guy. I highly recommend him.
