very professional service
Kosta helped a lot with the whole process of the house selling. Helped find painter, electrician and cleaners. They are all very professional and the work have been done nice and quickly. while I was overseas, Kosta also helped as a door keeper. While the house was on market, we have lots negotiations and I was kept updated with the buyer`s information and thoughts. So we have a happy ending, I `m satisfied with the buyer and the final price.

Couldn’t be happier
Clarence was an amazing agent. After meeting with him I felt more confident in the sale of my property. I was worried it wouldn’t sell but soon after the first open I got an offer. I was extremely excited when I got the offer. It wasn’t what I hoped for but with a little of Clarence’s negotiation skills, my property was sold. I could not be happier. Sold in 3 weeks!!
