Selling our mothers house from interstate was going to be a challenge for my brother and I, but Eric and Andy impressed us right from the start. Email communication was prompt, clear and efficient, even in the holiday season. Eric worked closely with us in preparing the house. He took the time to respectfully clarify auction procedures that were unfamiliar to us by email and by phone, and repeating it for each of wasn't too much trouble. Living so far away, we found the prompt and detailed reports after each open inspection gave us an insight into what was happening. Eric's contact and advice all along the journey was much appreciated. He found an excellent auctioneer, who again clearly explained the process and possible outcomes.
