Firstly, thank you Tom, Matt and Gavin for all the hard work you all put in to reach a fantastic result at our auction. Tom, you explained the process of the marketing and the strategy and kept us informed every step of the way. I always felt that I could speak openly with Tom and receive a straight honest answer. Your unrelenting pursuit of bidders, and constant communication with them to convince them turn up on the day of the auction was exceptional. Even during the auction process, you made sure that all bidders were involved in the call. Matt, thank you for calling in on day one to start the ball rolling. We only needed a guiding hand to point us in the right direction and you succeeded in that. You have done all the leg work and made sure everything was in order. Gavin, the right man for the job, was able to extract the maximum amount from each bidder, without intimidation, but still maintained a happy jovial atmosphere within the approximately 70 people attending. My wife and myself are so grateful to such a team of dedicated professional people, who were able to reach such a positive outcome for us. It will be emotional to depart from our home of 55 years , but we leave on a high after the success of the auction. Thank you to the whole Belle Property team who were present at the auction, giving full support to Tom, Matt and Gavin, as well as my wife and myself, and guiding the bidders. From the first meeting, we both agreed that Thomas [and Matt] would be our house sale marketing team because of the manner in which they conducted that meeting. Thomas as lead took us through the marketing process in a professional & skillful manner. The polished presentation of process, and of that which was recommended to achieve a good result, focused on the current market, and what was needed to display our property in its best potential for potential new owners. During that frank and clear conversation we were presented with steps needed to be taken and of the manner in which the sale process would unfold, including how we would receive updates. The reporting we received, and the analysis of that data was excellent. During the several meetings, and other communications we had with Thomas, we always sensed integrity and his focused interest in our best interests. Full marks from our perspective - we would happily use him again.

So we approached belle real estate after such a wonderful experience with their loan affiliate Luke Camilleri (Luke is a professional and genius loan broker that helped us in to a low interest loan within two weeks when we were stuck with other brokers!) to sell our property and met Thomas. During this initial meeting we received all the information about how they could help sell our property. Thomas was very informative, factual and realistic without pressure selling to us. After this initial meeting Thomas met us at the house and went through all the ideas about how to get the best price, the current market condition and possible issues that may arise. We were amazed at the logic with his selling tactic and signed up. At every point we could contact Thomas with any question and communication was always impeccable. Thomas assisted us with getting the house presentable and even had a designer come in to give us tips and potentially brighten the place up (Donna from house2home styling was amazing and showcased the true potential to the potential buyers!). Thomas also organised a cleaner to contact us to prepare the place for sale. We had weekly meetings to go over how buyers felt about the house and what potential issues they saw (if any). Within the first week we saw huge responses to our ad with views and saving of the property well above market average. Thomas managed to find us a buyer by week two and got us above the price we expected! Thomas was our agent when we sold our house in Carlingford, NSW recently. Although we are based in USA now, the entire selling process was managed by Thomas and his team. He provided very useful insights on the market dynamics and sale price, handled the repairs/painting/upgrades required on the property, the marketing/web postings/open houses, provided weekly updates via reports and telecons, managed the auction and sale closing.
