My parents finally decided to sell the family home in Dundas and move into a retirement village. The house had been on the market for 3 months when we decided to start looking for another agent. Someone was really looking out for us the day we found Thomas. Thomas designed an exceptional add campaign that showcased the property. The photography of the house and video was not only professional but allowed any buyer to see the true potential of the house. He was relentless with open homes and following up perspective buyers. His knowledge on how to sell a property in a rapidly declining market was invaluable. Thomas communication skills were second to none. Though out the entire campaign we were kept fully informed. At Thomas' suggestion we meet with him weekly to discuss campaign strategy. During these meetings he explained what was going on with the market and what we should do to find a buyer. Once the eventual buyer made that low first offer, they didn't have a chance. Thomas continued to negotiated with them until he got the price we wanted. Thomas helped my 90 yr old father sell his house in a spiralling bear market in the Sydney suburbs. From the first inspection to the auction, took only 2 months. Tom over saw the promotion processes such as the photography and video and all the public house inspections. He was considerate and lovely to deal with.
