What Clinton Viertel doesn't know about real estate on the Peninsula could be written on the back of a postage stamp in 24 point bold Times-New Roman! We bought an apartment through Clinton. We had a couple of false starts, but that didn't faze him at all. He was always there to answer our questions (and we had a lot of them), and to reassure us as we waded about in the murky waters of real estate for the first time in 25 years. Second viewings? Not a problem! A look at a comparable apartment? Not a problem! Questions on body corporate stuff? Not a problem! Coffee shop recommendations? Not a problem! Nothing was too much for Clinton. When you're a novice in real estate (like us), things can get complicated and a little bit scary. It was reassuring to have a professional on our side. Yeah, I know. Clinton was working for the vendors, as he should because that's his job. But by the end of our experience we both felt that Clinton was our guy, not theirs!
