Thanks Clinton for your excellent service in bringing our home to the market so professionally. Loved the marketing campaign with awesome photos and professional styling from Jitta Jack Interiors & Property Styling. All in all a fabulous result.

We are very glad to have had Clinton as the agent who sold us our first home. The thought of buying our first home was very daunting and we weren't sure what to expect but from the moment we met Clinton we realised it would be a more enjoyable experience because of him. He is very open and easy to talk to. His knowledge and experience are apparent and he has a very warm and approachable nature. Thank you Clinton for selling us our dream home!

Just wanted to write a huge thank you and give my recommendations for the help and service I received at Belle Property Redcliffe. This was the 2nd property that I have sold with Clinton Viertel and his friendly team. From the beginning Clinton provided honest advice and was spot on with his knowledge of the property market. Clinton was always there for advice and took care of all the finer details that are required to get that quick sale and great price. I always felt like Clinton went above and beyond to help me, was quick with responses, and always followed up to make sure the process went smoothly. I got a result that was better than expected and I owe it all to Clinton’s hard work and insight. I can’t recommend Clinton and the team highly enough. Belle Property Redcliffe will always be my first choice for my future real estate needs. Peter

This is the second house Clinton has sold for us over the past few months, we wouldn’t trust anyone else! Clinton executed an outstanding auction campaign, attracted the right buyers and most importantly, sold the property at auction. His attention to detail is flawless; from boutique coffee carts at the open home to Thursday night and Saturday open homes to accomodate as many buyers as possible. Clinton definitely goes the extra mile and gets the job done!

From our first encounter with Clinton everything has been professional, friendly and most importantly, confidence inspiring. Early on Clinton even put us in contact with other real estate agents who may have had a property better suited to our needs, that’s refreshing from an agent, obviously Clinton is more interested in a happy client than a quick sale, this is why his reputation is excellent. Clinton knew exactly what we wanted and needed and our new house fits perfectly, we have been involved in many purchases over the years and this has been the best experience yet Scott & Jenny

Clinton has recently sold some apartments in 'The Scarborough' Building and comes highly recommended so we gave him the opportunity to sell Apartment 83. The recommendations were well earned. Clinton sold the apartment in quick time with a great campaign and for a price we were very happy with. If you are selling high end properties on The Peninsula, Clinton should be your agent. Thanks again Clinton.

Clinton listened to our needs and provided updates and feedback every step of the way. He is very professional and always presents well. He is cheerful and a positive in nature. Most of all he sold our home in four weeks after it had been on the market with another agent for over 7 months 😊

What Clinton Viertel doesn't know about real estate on the Peninsula could be written on the back of a postage stamp in 24 point bold Times-New Roman! We bought an apartment through Clinton. We had a couple of false starts, but that didn't faze him at all. He was always there to answer our questions (and we had a lot of them), and to reassure us as we waded about in the murky waters of real estate for the first time in 25 years. Second viewings? Not a problem! A look at a comparable apartment? Not a problem! Questions on body corporate stuff? Not a problem! Coffee shop recommendations? Not a problem! Nothing was too much for Clinton. When you're a novice in real estate (like us), things can get complicated and a little bit scary. It was reassuring to have a professional on our side. Yeah, I know. Clinton was working for the vendors, as he should because that's his job. But by the end of our experience we both felt that Clinton was our guy, not theirs! He kept us in the loop every step of the way, and let us tell you, that's a great feeling. And he's a really nice guy as well.

I can’t begin to tell you what a breath of fresh air it was dealing with Clinton for the sale of our apartment. His professionalism stood him out from the others. He is exceptionally responsive, listens to the needs of the customer and drives outcomes that align to the customers expectations. His local knowledge and network of potential buyers ensured that our unit was positioned correctly on the market and ultimately sold at the right price and in a timely fashion. Thanks Clinton for you exceptional service, your advice along the sales journey and for making what is usually an incredibly stressful period, one that was seamless and easily navigated.

Clinton is a very excitable fellow & very passionate about his job. Any questions I had whether it was communicating with the sellers or about the property he was never far away with the answers.
