My husband and I approached three local real estate agents to see how they all compared and get an estimate on what our investment property was worth. All were relatively similar in price. However, we choose Daniel as we thought he was the best agent to sell our house, as although it was opposite a train line the property had many desirable features, Daniel saw its potential. Also, Another reason was that Danirl was the only agent to touch base from time to time and he also assisted in renting out our property. With time on our side, Daniel guided us through renovation ideas, he set us up with an amazing professional renovation team that I cannot speak highly of (this being my fifth renovation, so I know good tradesmen).
