Mandy E. displayed a high level of professionalism and knowledge throughout the entire campaign. Her calm demeanour and honest feedback were two key qualities that shone throughout the experience, and from start to finish Mandy kept me updated on the situation. Her knowledge of the market in Sandringham was paramount in securing us a great result as vendors, and I applaud her strategies leading up to auction day. Ryan C. displayed a great level of knowledge for the Bayside area, and this proved pivotal throughout the campaign and leading up to auction day. His professionalism and humility made him very approachable and easy to talk to; and more importantly he understood the property he was selling and what strategies would provide the best result for us as vendors. His performance on auction day was of a very high quality and yielded a result well above our reserve. Both Mandy and Ryan did a sensation job throughout the entire process, and worked extremely well as a team.
