Absolute please working with Ryan and his team. Accommodated every request, but was very open and direct with what was needed to sell the house for the best price. Would recommend to anybody looking to sell their home.

Positive experience
Selling our property with Mandy and Belle real estate was a positive experience overall. Mandy communicated with us and sought our input throughout the process. The market research we had done was consistent with the advice Mandy gave us and we felt she gave us honest and realistic information. Mandy informed us of each stage of the process in advance which was helpful as first time property sellers. Our only frustration was that the advice regarding the commission options presented at the initial consult versus when we went to sign the contract were different. So recommend if you're selling a smaller property to ensure this is very clear. Overall a good experience and we would recommend Mandy and Belle to others.

I knew from the first meeting with Fran Harkin...
I knew from the first meeting with Fran Harkin that I would feel comfortable entrusting her with the sale of the property and I looked no further. Her relaxed,friendly but very professional approach impressed me as did the way in which her attitude made me feel that she would consistently work hard to achieve a good outcome regarding the sale price of the property. I also very much appreciated her realistic approach to the likely sale price of the house and her knowledge of the local area and prices which enabled her to explain and justify her opinions. I also very much appreciated her feed back, the way she was constantly in touch and the frequent analysis of prospective buyers. Fran was excellent in every way and I very much appreciated and valued her commitment and approach to selling the property.
