Stephen and his team provided us with an excellent experience in selling our home. Stephens advice on the market and strategy for marketing and sale proved to be spot on. Once we had agreed target pricing and marketing plan Stephen helped us to find the right stylists and between them they provided the support we needed to prepare the house for viewings. The viewing process was handled mostly by Mandy and we were updated immediately after each session. The pre auction meeting was valuable in helping us understand what was going to happen on the day and what was required of us. Throughout this whole process communication was outstanding from all team members. Stephen was directly in contact with us all the way, I can imagine many other agents would delegate this to others. Stephen is definitely the best auctioneer I have encountered. He has had plenty of experience and it showed as he developed a good relationship with the attendees and a relaxed and calm atmosphere so bidders felt at ease and comfortable as the bidding progressed. All up, together with Stephen and his team we were able to acheive our goals with regard to the sale of our house. I can recommend Stephen most highly to to anyone looking to sell their property for a complete program with outstanding support all the way.
