Transparent and honest agent + agency
Working with Ryan was like a breath of fresh air: he was transparent, communicative, extremely knowledgeable about the area and property and supportive of all questions and uncertainties - as a first home buyer, this was vital (and I had a lot of questions!) Throughout the course of my home search, Belle property agents stood out for their professionalism and higher standard of work overall, so I was glad when ultimately I purchased through them.

Excellent service
Ryan's knowledge and communication were excellent. He keep me informed at all times of the progress of the sale and was responsive to any of my queries. Ryan worked hard to follow up potential interest in the property and left no stone unturned to achieve the best price for the property. A fantastic agent - wish every agent was like Ryan
We were lucky enough to purchase a property from Ryan recently in Brighton. He was professional, helpful, friendly and a complete pleasure to deal with throughout. No request or question was too big or too much of a hassle. Having recently moved from overseas, we had not bought property in Australia before and he was exceptionally patient with us and guided us every step of the way. He really went above and beyond in all elements of the transaction. The negotiation itself was fair and transparent. The vendors had moved overseas during the settlement period, so he ended up going far beyond his job description even once the contracts were signed. I would not hesitate to buy or sell with Ryan again and would recommend him to anyone.
