I found Mark on RateMyAgent after having two other agents value my property - just to add another perspective. Mark lived up to his high ratings on the site and then some. He was knowledgeable, open and honest. For example, when he first valued my place 2 years ago he suggested it wasn't a good time to sell (despite the fact it means forgoing a commission).
