Prompt and Professional
I would highly recommend Mark for any property sales. He was professional from the beginning and on the ball. He kept us in the loop every step of the way and more importantly, achieved a sale for us within a week of our property hitting the market.

Real estate sales agent extraordinaire
Sale at auction during this pandemic of my 2-bedroom apartment at 33 Murphy Street South Yarra at about $100K (!) above reserve and about $100K (!) above sale price of similar apartment right next door is testament to our sales agent, Mark Konishi. If you want a sales agent who would be fully invested in extracting the most from sale of your property, including proactive hands-on involvement in all aspects of the sale including pre-sale repairs to your property, photo-taking, etc, then look no further. Very highly recommended!

Passionate and Driven, great results!
Mark Konishi assisted us in selling two properties this year and achieved some excellent results. He is dedicated and I was particularly impressed with his motivation during a tough period for realestate during Covid lock downs this year. I really appreciated his guidance since we were overseas vendors and therefore relied heavily on this support throughout the sale process. I have seen very few agents who are as dedicated, hard working and as passionate as Mark. I would highly recommend Mark to other vendors.

Mark is Great!!
Mark Konishi from Belle Property, was our agent in selling our townhouse recently in South Yarra. We gave him the price we wanted and he got almost the exact amount. He was also extremely helpful in providing us with contacts for Cleaners and Stylists, gave good advice on what should be done to make the property look its best and worked with us closely, providing great feedback all the way through the process. A great all rounder
Joe was extremely pleasant to deal with. I believe his knowledge of the market was very good, and he offered relevant and valuable advice throughout our sales journey. Joe was always punctual with viewings, which isn't easy under the current restrictions. I'd have no hesitation in recommending him to a potential vendor.

Superior service
Joe was a great agent from start to finish. His promptness and attention to detail made the sale experience fairly seamless. In strange times (sale and settlement was during stage 4 lockdown) it was good to know Joe was available for any queries I had. Would recommend him as an agent to anyone.

Honest real estate agent
We have both brought and sold through Mark and on both occasions found him to be very honest and striaght forward to deal with, and fair to both sides of the transaction. I wish we could say that about the other 40 or so real estate agents that we have dealt with over the last 30 years. Mark Konishi is a stand out.

Above and Beyond.....(Great) Grant Wallace!
Grant approaches all his sales with diplomatic courtesy and panache. In our case, he was called upon to negotiate a minefield of self interest, from 40 owners in an extremely (complex) complex...not to mention the pandemic; which resulted in the less-than-expected price. Every potential purchaser was treated as a special case, with private viewings and given the benefit of his encyclopaedic knowledge of the history of Beverley Hills. Beverley Hills was established as a Company Share Title in 1956 (almost a 21st Century anachronism.) Grant made surviving all of the above (!) possible; with his great sense of care and optimism.

Purchase of rental property
Mark Konishi exceeded my expectations on many fronts. His availability and response times to queries raised was excellent. The three vendors were not the easiest to deal with and Mark orchestrated the feedback from all vendors with aplomb beyond his years. The icing on the cake was Mark's follow-up post purchase and his tremendous efforts to assist me locate suitable sub-contractors (four were recommended and used) to carry-out works on the property in a timely manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Mark as an agent in whom trust and confidence can comfortably be placed (unlike some others in the Toorak area with whom I have dealt).
