Amazing job!
We had our property listed with another agent and did not get the result we would be happy with so we took it off the market. 6 months later we re-listed it with Mark and were absolutely blown away by the results - we got over 25% more for the same property and very happily sold it at auction. The area expertise and their strategic approach combined with the superior teamwork of these guys is second to none! I would gladly recommend Mark and his team to any of my friends and family.

Grant Wallace of Hocking Stuart recently auctioned our apartment in Caroline Street, South Yarra, obtaining an amazing result. From the outset, Grant's professionalism, enthusiasm and confidence made our journey through the sales campaign seamless and stress free. Gran't knowledge of the market was 'spot on' and his excitement (as opposed to our nervousness) on auction day resulted in selling our property $80K in excess of our reserve, which left us speechless - what an impressive Auctioneer!! Outstanding Agent!
Grant acted for the vendor I bought my South Yarra property from. I was so impressed with his service that when it was time for me to sell I knew exactly where to go.. straight back to Grant. His knowledge of the local market is outstanding and I was at ease during the entire transaction. Grant sold the property prior to Auction which allowed myself and the purchaser to negotiate a fair price without the stress of an auction. The 'fair price' was more than I was expecting. If you can secure Grant as your agent you are in good hands. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and I don't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

Honest, straightforward and upfront
This is the third transaction that I have completed with Hocking Stuart, South Yarra and all 3 have been great experiences. I found Nick Gatacre to be upfront and honest about what was required to successfully buy the property. The process was smooth and straightforward. Best service you get can get from Real Estate Agent
To start of, I don’t leave testimonials for anyone or anything and this is first, so it's got to tell you something. We've bought and sold and bought several properties over the years with average customer service from various Real Estate Agents. When it came to selling our property in South Yarra, I've visited at least 5 other agents in the area for appraisal. None of the other agents have put in as much effort as Grant and his team put towards the information and presentation and ensuring I was in line with everything that was discussed in our meeting. Once we have decided to go with Grant (He was a clear winner), I was updated with every step of the advertising and inspection day results like clockwork (without being over whelming) . Overall Grant has delivered what he's promised and he didn’t stop there and assisted us with purchasing our next property. He went out of his way to contact other agents to obtain information on my behalf (mind you there was several properties I was interested) and assisted with great in-depth information on how should I tackle my next Auction day which worked!!!
