A good friend who had used Grant twice recommended him to me. I met with him and his associate Zoe Harper and from the first meeting the synergy was obvious. He confirmed my research about the market, gave excellent insight into property in the abounding area with recent sale prices most importantly - he listened to what I was seeking to achieve. He mapped out a sales and marketing plan with contracts and other data beautifully bound and presented including recommendations re solicitors and property stylists. He and Zoe then rolled out the scheduled campaign seamlessly: photography, brochures, signage, advertising on and offline and multiple showings, communicating regularly by phone and email on progress throughout. The property went to auction within 4 weeks and we achieved an outstanding outcome. I was particularly impressed by Grant's enthusiasm, his remarkable knowledge of the area and his understated manner - under promising and over delivering.
