Excellent agent
Mark was an excellent real estate agent. He made the sale easy and stress free and kept us updated throughout the sales process. We were impressed with Mark's knowledge of the market, his proactive approach and great organisation skills. We sold our apartment in about two weeks, prior to auction, at a price we were happy with.

Grant was a fantastic agent and provided amazing commitment to selling my property. Grant under promised and over delivered which is the opposite to most agents. Grant has a lovely genuine manner and does not seem slick or insincere which is refreshing. He is personable, pays attention to detail and is trustworthy. He committed to selling and auctioning my property and achieved $50,000 above my reserve, which for a one bedroom apartment and no parking was a great result. I will use Grant's services again when I am selling my next property.

Could Not Believe How Good Nick Gattacre Is!!!
We chose Nick Gattacre to sell our apartment upon hearing about the amazing price he had achieved for a similar apartment in the block. Right from the beginning he went above and beyond - even before we agreed to sign with him - to help us achieve the best price for our property. He organised all aspects of the campaign - including preparing our property for sale. He followed up on every prospective buyer ad even arranged for evening inspections to ensure prospective buyers could be availed to the beautiful nighttime view from the apartment. His follow-up and communication was out of this world (more than we could have expected) and he was so excited and enthusiastic about the campaign. His genuine interest in our property really relayed to the buyers and I believe was responsible for achieving a sale price $100K above our reserve! We could not believe the result and we owe it all to Nick's professionalism, work ethic and genuine passion of his clients and the properties he sells.
