Just ask for "Grant"
This was the first time that I had purchased property in Australia and I must say that Grant and the team at Hocking Stuart were great. Always helpful, friendly and informative, both prior to and after the purchase. I would recommend Grant to anyone looking at buying or selling in the Sth Yarra area and will definitely be using Grant for future property transactions.

Grant Wallace and Zoe Harper
After our property had been on sale with another agent with virtually no activity for 2 months we appointed Grant and Zoe his able and responsive assistant as agents and the property was sold within a month at a higher than expected price within a month without fuss . Fantastic advice & service
Highly professional and knowledgeable. Very easy, and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Very happy to schedule private viewings when potential buyers could not make Open for Inspection times. Always kept me up to date after inspections, and followed up on everything. The outcome was a successful sale.

Professional & Friendly
After missing out on two properties I really wanted, I contacted Grant who helped me find something better than the first two. He listened to what I wanted and found me exactly that. Throughout the entire process & even after my offer had been accepted; he with his associate Zoe Harper were always prepared to help by promptly answering questions, keeping me regularly updated, making themselves available at any time…and they never failed to display a friendly smile. GRANT WALLACE IS 'SIMPLY THE BEST'
