Grant acted for the vendor I bought my South Yarra property from. I was so impressed with his service that when it was time for me to sell I knew exactly where to go.. straight back to Grant. His knowledge of the local market is outstanding and I was at ease during the entire transaction. Grant sold the property prior to Auction which allowed myself and the purchaser to negotiate a fair price without the stress of an auction. The 'fair price' was more than I was expecting. To start of, I don’t leave testimonials for anyone or anything and this is first, so it's got to tell you something. We've bought and sold and bought several properties over the years with average customer service from various Real Estate Agents. When it came to selling our property in South Yarra, I've visited at least 5 other agents in the area for appraisal. None of the other agents have put in as much effort as Grant and his team put towards the information and presentation and ensuring I was in line with everything that was discussed in our meeting. Once we have decided to go with Grant (He was a clear winner), I was updated with every step of the advertising and inspection day results like clockwork (without being over whelming) . Overall Grant has delivered what he's promised and he didn’t stop there and assisted us with purchasing our next property. He went out of his way to contact other agents to obtain information on my behalf (mind you there was several properties I was interested) and assisted with great in-depth information on how should I tackle my next Auction day which worked!!!
