There are plenty of shonky guys out there which will promise you Pluto and perhaps deliver Mars....John was always calm, factual and professional from day one, hence why he is one of the highest rated agents in the area. He didn't treat us like some of the other franchise networks. We commend the fact that he spent a lot of time qualifying customers and buyers to create a win win for everybody. You clearly were willing to follow up on leads (ie potential purchasers) and able to guide us through the activity in the market which we did not have a lot of personal knowledge about. Not being locals you were able to assist and guide us with trades who could work on the property and provided valuable assistance in managing this process.
