John was great to work throughout this campaign. Selling a family home of over 30 years is one of the hardest things I've had to do. John was very understanding of the family while the whole time doing his utmost to attract buyers to the property. Always suggestive of the best way to move forward but never forceful. I highly recommend John as a selling agent as he was most informative of the local market, kept me regularly updated on the marketing process and feedback from prospective buyers. At no time leading up to and the day of the auction did John place any undue pressure on me to reconsider the reserve price. As he kept me well informed, I was well placed to lower my expectation of a selling price due to changing market conditions and the property's negative features and condition.
