When I first met John, it was obvious that his nature was not as aggressive and confronting as some of the other agents that I had met to assist with the sale of my Wolli Creek property.
I had some concerns that he was not a local agent, and that he was not promising the outcome that others were. My gut feel was to go with John, as I believed he was more genuine.
I was very impressed with how he involved us in the whole process, from the marketing through to the sale. Initially - two days after listing - we received a very low offer (well below our expectations), and had an uneasy feeling about where the sale price may land. John reassured us that he would facilitate a process where we remained in control and there was no pressure to accept an offer.
Just over a week from listing we had an interested buyer who started with an offer slightly lower than what we were hoping for. However within a few days (and with regular updates from John), we accepted a price that exceeded our expectations.
The whole process was reasonably smooth and conducted in a very professional manner with the honesty and integrity that I was expecting from John at the start. Thank you John, you made a significant transaction in our lives much easier.
