Selling our villa in Beverly Hills is the second time that my wife and I have gave John Sbisa the contract to sell our property. We have not even considered getting any other agent than John to sell our villa after the record breaking price we managed to get for the sale of our Allawah apartment in 2010 and the way he went about doing it. On both occasions he has done his job like a true professional that he is. He was not pushy, told it like he saw it and did what he said he would do. Apart from the fact that he is very experienced and knows his job, I think the other reason why he managed to sell our properties for us so well, is because he has lived and worked in the area for over a decade and has so many contacts in the industry as well as access to 3 offices in 3 neighbouring suburbs. There is also the trust factor. I am generally weary when a real estate agent starts talking, but with John I know it is not going to be promises that he cannot keep or any B S. We have recommended John to our ex neighbour who plans to sell in the future and others as well and my wife and I are happy to recommend him, both as an agent and a person of integrity to anyone reading this. He has an extensive knowledge of the market which in realistic terms meant he was able to promote my property through relevant advertising to the most appropriate demographic. The feedback provided by John and his team either by emailed weekly reports and/or follow-up phone calls were all informative and gave me a better understanding of 'where we were at'. In my experience selling homes is stressful for the vendor however John brought a sense of calm to the process which, in the end saw us achieve a great result.
