Rod gave us a fair appraisal of our property. Others tried to give us very overinflated sale prices to get our business. Marketing costs were reasonable and of good quality and our input listened to. Rod has a pleasant calm personality that is not overbearing from seller or buyer point of view. We felt he did not have that obnoxious attitude that real estate agents often have. We would recommend him and use Rod again in a heartbeat. The result he got far exceeded our expectations
