Kristina Lee is extremely efficient, knowledgeable, highly skilled, well-mannered, articulate, observant with an exceptional memory, and – the quality I most admired – always respectful to me and to my home. I have moved many times in my life, each time buying/selling the home; consequently I have had experience of many Real Estate Agents. Kristina Lee is one of the very few Agents I am happy to have in my front door. Many agents seem to feel that the vendor is the odd number in the equation and appear to woo the purchaser – I know the vendor does not exist unless there is a purchaser – but I do not see why a vendor is often treated in a dismissive manner. Not for one moment did I feel this disparity of behaviour with Ms Lee. In fact, I have already recommended her to potential vendors. I was also very impressed with Ms Lee’s mentorship of Matthew Ettia. My meetings with Ms Lee and Mr Ettia were always totally businesslike but often a quirky sense of humour moved the meetings along in a sophisticated manner. Rod gave us a fair appraisal of our property. Others tried to give us very overinflated sale prices to get our business. Marketing costs were reasonable and of good quality and our input listened to. Rod has a pleasant calm personality that is not overbearing from seller or buyer point of view. We felt he did not have that obnoxious attitude that real estate agents often have.
