I found Julian to be very responsive to my questions and phone calls. Unfortunately there was a down turn in the market about the time that we started our campaign. Julian anticipated the response to the action (4 people present) and was one step ahead with strategies to attrach buyers. I initially wanted $900,000 for my property but gentlu guided by Julian to accept $850,000 which was a good reflection of the market and also what the property was probably worth. I got $835,000. I was happy with that price which Julian negotiated. I was selling because of likely expense of maintaining the whole building.
