We have sold over 10 properties across Melbourne and never have we had such a dedicated agent on our team. From our very first meeting to the successful sale of our property Julian was comunicative and unwaveringly dedicated to our desired outcome. We highly recommend Julian to anyone wanted a seamless experience and successful sales outcome.

John and team worked together to keep me in the loop, telling me the positive and negative facts for buyer interest. We worked through strategies to resolve them and achieved a great outcome on auction day. Thanks very much gentlemen. I could not have done it without you.

From the moment we had our first meeting with Sam we felt like we were in great hands. Not only was Sam and his team professional and honest, but they were also 100% dedicated to the outcome of the sale of our home. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond what we expected. We have sold over 10 homes and have never had such a personal and communicative agent on our team. I highly recommend Sam and his team.

As a Vendor Advocate, I've dealt agents right across Melbourne and found that the service and feedback from John, Sam and Costa to be superior to the vast majority. Consistent and professional with their follow-up, and updates on each buyer and inspection greatly helped my clients to make an informed decision on where to set the reserve, and Sam's control of the bidding through the auction lead to a superior result far exceeding the reserve

Julian Cannata recently sold our apartment for us, and I can't recommend him highly enough. Don't be distracted by his youth: he's mature, knowledgeable and has great people skills. I especially appreciated his air of calmness, which made the whole experience a lot less stressful. Even when our cats refused to get in their carrier so we could take them out during one of the home opens, he took it in his stride! Thanks Julian!
