Costa is a great agent. He worked very well with us and the communications we received were excellent. We were able to get a very good outcome for the sale of the flat in a changing market. As the auctioneer, Costa worked to draw out the potential buyers extremely well. Costa and John have an excellent strategic understanding of the st kilda market and potential buyers. Anyone can sell in a boom market but in a changing market you need quality agents to get you the best results and Costa and John are excellent agents sho know their market and deliver.
