Sam is the best real estate agent and auctioneer you can find. He's my favourite auctioneer. I've been to many auctions and I have never seen an auctioneer that can even compare to Sam's expertise in the area. He has amazing unique skills to sell a place on auction. Before I have decided to sell my property I have done extensive market research around the area. I went through Local Agent Finder, made enquires however somewhat, I wasn’t really satisfied. I made contact with Costa after I’ve seen impressive sell result next door of similar property which I have closely monitored for some time. I have meet many real estate agents through the selection process which was very exhausting to be honest. I was looking for the “honesty” and “drive” in real estate agent.
