We can't speak highly enough of John Manning and the team from Hocking Stuart's St Kilda office. The campaign was executed perfectly, under fairly tight time constraints, and John kept us informed of its progress every step of the way. He is friendly, engaging and nothing seems to be too much trouble. We were extremely happy with the end result, due in no small part to John's negotiating ability (we ended up selling before auction). But the best thing for me was how both John and Rob Harvey supported us during the purchase of our new house in the months beforehand – even being there on auction day to lend their support. This was, in my view, above and beyond what we could reasonably have expected, given there were no commitments in place at that time. It was such a great help to us as we navigated the often tricky road of looking for a new home. Overall, we were very happy with the final outcome and could not fault the planning, service or communication throughout.
