Before I have decided to sell my property I have done extensive market research around the area. I went through Local Agent Finder, made enquires however somewhat, I wasn’t really satisfied. I made contact with Costa after I’ve seen impressive sell result next door of similar property which I have closely monitored for some time. Before appointing Sam Inan we interviewed a number of agents and viewed their performance at auction. We were confident that we had chosen well but always concerned by the what if's. Sam was a calming influence in a process that could become emotionally charged. He kept to his promise of communicating at all steps along the way and introduced us to some very good service providers who ensured that we were able to present the house at its best. I found Julian a man that believed and practiced good service, nothing was too much trouble. I bought a unit at auction that Julian was coordinating. Julian presented the unit to its full potential and knew the product he was selling. All technical questions I asked Julian he knew or he immediately followed up with the vendor and got back to me in a timely manner. If you want a honest, young, keen, good communicator I would recommend Julian to both vendors and purchasers.

From day one, when I have to select among the agents to go with the sale. Sam Inan and Julian Cannata have impressed us with a great deal of information about my property which is more than what I personally know. All the proposed sale solution details made a lot of sense to us. Sam has fantastic communication skills. Based on all that factors, we decided to go with Sam. We followed all Sam's suggestions such as extra painting for the front look, renting furniture, and extra cleaning. All turned out to be absolutely right to do since it helped so much to attach the buyers' emotion. Sam and Julian kept us very up to date with what is going on in the auction campaign in person, on the phone and emails. All meetings we had covered important information for decisions. After every events such as inspection or important enquiry, Sam called me to let me know in details. We are very happy with those email reports which details all the facts about the buyers. What we love is that we have got the "bad" news as well as the good news so we can become very realistic. In the before auction meeting, Sam and Julian shared with us the details of the auction strategy which we found brilliant. And on the auction day, it happened exactly as Sam said.
