Mark was extremely helpful during the sales process, providing recommendations, updates and a clear (and realistic) perspective on how things were looking. We were lucky that we had 2 very interested buyers pre-auction, which meant we ended up selling beforehand, and for a price higher than our expectations, without having to go through the stress of auction day. We would recommend having Mark on your side regardless if you are buying or selling. It was extremely important to us to have realistic expectations and his honest and pragmatic approach was a welcome breath of fresh air.
