Mark just sold my property for me at Womerah Ave, Darlinghurst. I could not be more happy with the whole process from beginning to end. Mark and his team were friendly and professional in every aspect of the sale. I always felt like I was in safe hands and the excellent result they achieved confirmed this feeling. They facilitated the painter, photographer and copywriter (who were all brilliant) making the pre-showing process very easy. The showings were very successful with many people coming through each Saturday as well as a huge amount of private appointments. Mark and his team unearthed a number of interested buyers within days. I didn't expect to sell pre-auction, but the excellent price that Mark was able to negotiate meant that I didn't have to think twice.
